* Kikubari (気配り) is a Japanese concept meaning considerate attentiveness - noticing what someone needs before they say it. The kikubari module gives every employee a rich personal profile: hobbies, interests, dietary preferences, allergies, coffee order, and a fun fact. Use it before a 1-on-1 or when planning a team event, and pair it with the insights dashboard to understand your team as a whole.
Your rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. If we introduce new pricing for new subscribers, your rate won't change as long as your subscription stays active. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time, prorated to the day. Annual billing is a permanent change for the life of the subscription.
Future features may be priced separately. The plan above covers everything currently in mizuiro. As the platform grows, new capabilities may be offered as optional add-ons at additional cost - existing features will never move behind a higher tier.
250 employees per organization. mizuiro is designed for small and medium-sized teams. If your organization is larger, you'll need a platform built for enterprise scale. We'd rather be honest about that upfront.
Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes - you can register and explore mizuiro without entering a credit card. When you're ready to invite employees and use the full platform, you'll choose a plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account settings. When you close your account, you'll be offered a full data export before access ends. No fees, no hassle.
What counts toward the 250-employee limit?
Every active employee account in your organization. Deactivated or terminated accounts don't count. Supervisors count as employees.
What happens when I close my account?
We'll prompt you to download a full export of your data before anything is removed. After that, your account is scheduled for deletion and access ends immediately. There is no grace period after a deliberate cancellation.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, you can upgrade to annual billing at any time and your remaining monthly balance will be prorated toward the annual price. Please note that switching to annual is a one-way change. Once you're on the annual plan, you can't switch back to monthly billing.
