What mizuiro is not

mizuiro is a people management tool for small and medium-sized teams. It is deliberately focused. Here is what it does not do, so you can make sure it is the right fit.

Payroll

mizuiro does not process payroll, calculate deductions, or integrate with payroll providers. Use a dedicated payroll platform for that.

Time & attendance

mizuiro tracks daily presence and status - not clock-in/clock-out times, shift scheduling, or overtime calculations.

Learning management (LMS)

mizuiro records that training happened and tracks completions. It does not host course content, deliver eLearning, or manage certifications.

HRIS / onboarding platform

mizuiro is not a full HR information system. It does not handle onboarding workflows, org charts, benefits administration, or offboarding automation.

File storage

mizuiro stores your HR data - records, notes, and responses. It is not a document management system and does not store uploaded files.

Scheduling

mizuiro does not manage shift scheduling, calendars, or booking. Presence tracking reflects what happened, not what is planned.
